Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.

n  Citizens Bank and Trust currently has no affiliates other than our banksÕ holding company

Non-affiliates

Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.

n  Credit bureaus or other 3rd party service providers necessary to administer our business, provide superior service and extend offers that we believe are of interest to our customers

Joint marketing

A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.

n  Citizens Financial Solutions is a Trade Name of the Bank and offers financial services through Infinex Investments, Inc.

The policies and practices described in this disclosure are subject to change, significant changes will be communicated to our customers as required by applicable law.  CB&T will comply with all FCRA regulations related to customer information. CB&T will maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard non-public information.
