Citizens Bank & Trust Hosts 12th Annual Citizens Charity Classic, Raises $45,000 for Northeast Alabama FCA

Citizens Bank & Trust proudly hosted the 12th Annual Citizens Charity Classic on Monday, May 4, 2026, at Gunter’s Landing Golf Club, raising $45,000 to benefit Northeast Alabama Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA). The annual tournament welcomed 58 teams across two flights for a full day of fellowship, friendly competition, and community impact.

Since its inception in 2015, the Citizens Charity Classic has become one of the premier charitable golf tournaments in Northeast Alabama, bringing together local businesses, community leaders, and supporters to invest in the mission of FCA. With this year’s proceeds, the tournament has now raised more than $457,000 for Northeast Alabama FCA over the past 12 years.

The tournament featured morning and afternoon flights with teams competing in a four-man scramble format. Participants enjoyed meals, contests, prizes, and opportunities for fellowship throughout the day.
